Do you deliver?
Yes, I do offer delivery and set up for $50 within a 20 mile radius of Woodbridge, VA. Locations beyond this are subject to a $2.00 per additional mile fee.
Weeknight deliveries are available between 6pm-8pm.
Weekend deliveries are based on availability and event start time.
How can I pay?
Currently accepting payments via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Square, Cash, or Check.
Returned Check fee is $35.
Do you require a deposit?
Orders of $50 or less do not require a deposit.
A 50% deposit is due upon placing the order. Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to event/delivery.
Full payment is required on any custom cake order placed less than 1 week in advance. 20% rush fee applies.
Do you have a physical location i can visit?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location at this time.
Can i place an order online?
No. All orders must be placed with me via email/FB.
Can i pick up a cake today?
I need at least 7 days notice for a Signature cake order , and at least 2 weeks for custom event cake orders. All baked goods are made to order and, typically, require a significant amount of time to create.
Do you Offer Cake Tastings?
Yes, cake tastings are available for $35. This fee includes 3 flavor combinations of your choice. If you book with me, this will be deducted from orders of $125 or more.
How far in advance should I order?
Ideally, all orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Custom cake orders placed less than 1 week in advance are subject to a 20% rush fee. Call to discuss availability!
Will you hold my date?
The only way to guarantee your date is by confirming and paying your non-refundable deposit. Deposits are 50% of your total, except orders less than $50.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason, you should need to cancel your order, please call ASAP. Any order cancelled seven (7) days or less from the due date will forfeit their deposit, if applicable.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason, you are not happy with the final product, please do not accept or consume it. Once it is accepted or consumed to any extent, I cannot issue a refund. Letting me know prior to accepting the item will allow me to fix it to the best of my abilities.
I have allergies. Can you make my cake?
I have experience creating allergy-friendly treats. (Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Nut-Free, Soy-free, etc.) Please email/message me so we can discuss your allergies and find what will work best for you!

* Cupcakes and Cakes only require refrigeration if storing longer than 24 hours from delivery; However, cakes containing cream cheese must be refrigerated at all times.
* Once you accept your item(s), be sure to keep them covered until you are ready to display/serve.
* Cakes should be taken out of the refrigerator 2 hours prior to serving.
* If payment hasn't been received within the required time frame, I will reach out to you. Failure to pay/respond will result in your order being cancelled.
